Fortunately, box- and basket-schemes as well as community supported agriculture are rapidly spreading all over in Hungary. Consumers support local farmers by their purchase, which also strengthen local economy, develop short food supply chains (SFSC). This tendency got even more emphasis on SFSCs.
Kislépték association aims to help this process by collecting information on this topic.
