RURALF project news – Handbook for rural facilitators

2021. April 19., Monday

Great news!

The Rural Facilitator project partners have finished the handbook of the rural facilitator training! The English version of the handbook is under the translating proccess for every language of the partners countries.

This Handbook is one of the main outcomes of Rural Facilitator Training in Agricultural Short Food Supply Chains project (funded by the European Commission, Erasmus +, KA2 2019-1-CZ01-KA202-061270).

The partnership committed to explore the possible ways on how to generate the position of a so-called Rural facilitator, who can plug the gaps across the value chains, and to develop the necessary learning materials and training tools to train individuals who intend to take under this new profession in their career. This handbook is based on researchers and surveys conducted in all partner countries among target groups and stakeholder of SFSC field.

The handbook is the main material of the rural facilitator’s training. All partners are going to have the chance to use it in their own language during the courses. Now we are creating the training materials (extended with interactive tasks) connected to the handbook and then the full package of the rural facilitator training material is going to be completed.
