For consumers, “sustainable food consumption” will be a difficult term to understand until we develop good practices and examples of sustainability that can be incorporated into our everyday lives.
The Hungarian Society of Nutrition held its XLVIIth Annual Meeting in Kecskemét, Hungary, between 3-5 October 2024, where a presentation on the CUES was given by Kislépték Association. Launched in March 2024.
The project aims to foster a Triple Change in the food system concerning culture, food value chain, and policy.
