The April Green National Council authorised Kislépték to initiate the change of the unfavourable herb regulations. Kislépték then approached Human Resources Ministry, the responsible ministry of the matter to construe the herb related regulations specially how to treat such herbs having medical effect of which traditionally food is prepared (for example stinging-nettle of which soup is made) or linseed (used for bred) or ramsons are really subject to laboratory testing.
The answer just arrived which we hereby publish in Hungarian here: http://kisleptek.hu/emmi_allasfoglalas/  As a short summary, these herbs are not subject to laboratory testing.
