We have to call the farmers attention to the changes connected to Act No. V. of 2013 on the new Civil Code which might affect them since this relates to land and this is the adverse possession with title according to par. 5:45. This is such a kind of title to land property which was obtained out of land registry and such transaction was not justified as to register to land registry but now it seems that applying this provision successful registration may be obtained.How to react that local farmers can secure their right to land.
