On 14 December 2024, in Vác, in the company of beekeepers, our colleague Andrea Szabadkai gave a presentation on the development of experimental apiaries, the ENFORCE project and the opportunities for small-scale producers in SFSC (Short Food Supply Chain). At the end of the programme, beekeepers were also challenged with our unique honey tasting game, which creatively raises awareness of the varieties, characteristics and new dimensions of honey consumption.

The event included:
– SFSC sales opportunities: Beyond the market – open portals, vending machines, catering, local product stores…
– New rules in Small Farmers’ Regulation
– Regulation of the village guest table
– Honey tasting game to creatively promote consumer awareness and engagement
– Good practices in the development of experiential apiaries
