The Hungarian family farmers, small-scale farmers are struggling with lack of capital and resources, their daily income are just enough for their daily needs, their economic and legal knowledge are less specially regarding to the very complicated legal, accounting and taxation system in Hungary. So we propose such a legal and ng and taxation model which would be sustainable for the rural people of Hungary. The legal form which support the sale of the farmers has to be non-profit only works for helping farmers’ collaboration and to enter to the retail market. This type of legal form would provide for farmers to sell their product within this retail form by preserving their legal and taxation status and excluding middleman which increase price of the quality products.
