Since the Land Trading Act came into force most if not all the social cooperatives which works in agriculture hardly operates because of the new rules on land ownership and use. According to new law social cooperatives may not obtain and own land property and even may not conclude land use agreements with municipalities  By the end of the effective land use agreements are expire by virtue of the Act and new use agreements for agricultural lands may not be concluded.
